Service User Forum!

Come along to our Service User Forum next week!

Our next Service User Forum will take place at the Bentley Family Hub Doncaster.

Drop in with your children on Thursday 16th May between 1pm and 3pm to find out about us and have your say in the support we offer to families.

We will bring the tea, cake, activities and friendly faces – see you there!

P/T Peer Support Co-ordinator

We are recruiting a part time Peer Support Co-ordinator to cover Rotherham and Doncaster.

This role will involve recruiting, co-ordinating and managing volunteers.  The post holder will facilitate groups, drop ins and service user forums on behalf of Light.  The post holder will work with the local community and Perinatal Services to facilitate service user engagement and involvement with Light Groups and 1:1 Peer Support.  The postholder will contribute to monitoring and feedback of the work.

Service User Forum

Come along to our Service User Forum next month!

The forum will be held on Monday 11th February from 9.30am – 11.30am in the Garden Room at Clifton Park Museum, Rotherham S65 2AA.

There are developments being made to perinatal support across Sheffield, Doncaster and Rotherham and we would like to hear from families with lived experience of perinatal services.

Do you have ideas about how we could better care for families? Please come along and share them with us!

The room will be set up like a parent + baby group and children are most welcome. Refreshments will be provided and we can reimburse parking costs on the day (£1 per hour)
